How to Enroll in the Vantage Software Support Membership Program?

Your local Pfaff or Viking retailer can enroll you in the Vantage Software Support program. If your dealer does not know how to do this, you can call Heirloom Creations and enroll over the phone. Call us, Heirloom Creations, at 605-332-4435 CST or e-mail us at

All you need to have to enroll is an e-mail address and credit card. 

What if I Live Outside the United States?

If you live outside the United States, e-mail me, Sara, at We are happy to enroll you in the Vantage Program through our USA based store. All we need is your e-mail address.

First, we will e-mail you a PayPal invoice for the desired membership length of either one or two-year membership. Once paid, we will enroll you in the Vantage Software Support.

Is there a Reduced Renewal Discount?

Yes. The renewal price for either one or two years is less than the original membership price. For additional savings, select to enroll in the 2-year membership option.

    I just bought embroidery machine and Premier+2 software and am lost in the software instructions. Does the Vantage program have the very basic instructions for getting started with this software? I am overwhelmed with the user’s guide and am looking for the real basic information before I can attempt more advanced projects.

    How can I get the husqvarna Viking epic machine software updates?

      If your Viking EPIC is signed into your home wifi, it will automatically update when updates become available. You will be notified when an update is ready when you turn it on.

    Boy I wished we had a more Detail caring loving knowledgeable staff closer to where I live ! I won’t mention any names or locations but I am rushed off the phone and it’s like chore to set up an appt and I’ve bought two machines in less than a year and the one time I came in to be taught they were more worried about a new sale then helping teach me and a lot of ladies stay with basics and don’t know all the options they have when sewing and embroidering and honestly it’s lazy and selfish ! I read the ladies comment about you guys helping here that says a lot ! I’d love to be closer to your store ! Like I said it’s sad and now I am lost I have the basic that comes with my machine and I wnana buy the upgrade but I can’t even get past the tech part of my machine and when I ask a question I’m asked did I watch your videos over and over again and to be honest it’s getting old ! For the $ I’ve spent I could have been better off with going a different route but like I said I am tired of the run around 🙁 I may one day but the help ! I really wnana learn to do all that I can as I am wanting to sell designs and monograms for custom orders but me and my girl we have tried everything we know ! I even was finally let to come in and shown what tiny bit and totally rude cause she wasn’t the one who did my sell ! Lol and I was briefly told to make some notes but to be honest we have all day been stuck even with adding monogram to the screen ! But can’t and don’t know what all is my designs it not ! I even downloaded a free trial for Bernina ! It’s a bit simple and basic more than what comes with mine but if I can make it work maybe I’d be better off with a company like them !     Good morning,

    Is there a list of what is included in the vantage support? I am trying to manipulate fonts that I have purchased from online sites. An example is changing the fill stitches on large letters from a satin to something different. I cannot seem to find this how to in my software. I can find it for the letters that are built into the software. These letters aren’t stitching out as well as the ones I purchase. This is so disappointing because there are so many to choose from. I seem to have lots of thread collection on the backside of my fabric and stop stitching to clean up the bobbin area very frequently when using the built in letters.
    I am also working with the split hoop and a video with the step by step instructions would be most helpful.
    Thank you so much, perhaps a handout of what Vantage includes would be nice for the dealer to have to give to interested clients.

    Is the Epic 1 going to have a ribbon frame as well in the future? I have read the comments on your blog about this in the section of the epic 2 convention”s Blog .

      Yes, it was mentioned that the epic 1 may get the ribbon embroidery attachment option in the future. We have not heard any updates as to if and when.
