What is the number one sewing problem?
Top tension issues are one of the most common questions we answer on a daily basis. When threading a sewing machine, serger or embroidery machine, it is key to make sure the top thread is securely in the top tension. This means threading the machine with the presser foot UP and threading the machine with PURPOSE. We often recommend “flossing” the thread back and forth a few times with both hands to guarantee the thread is completely placed deep into the top tension disks.
